1. If you have cut roses in a vase with water - enjoy them while they last. Cut flowers only last a few days.

If you want roses to grow in your garden - go buy a rose bush from a nursery or garden center, and plant it in a sunny spot in your garden. Don't forget to water it.

2. When you buy fresh cut roses put a teaspoon of sugar with the water in the vase and they will last a little longer.

Growing rose bushes are easy - they just need 6-8 hrs of sunlight each day. water well in well drained soil and feed with rose food. and stand back and watch them bloom

buy a minature rose and keep it in a pot in a sunny position and then make a decision whether you want the big ones growing in your garden.

good luck
